Ms Anam Latif Deputy Director (Change Management)

Ms Anam Latif is a Provincial Management Services Officer, currently working as a Deputy Director at PMRU. During her administrative career, she has served as a Research Officer in Planning and Development Department followed by her posting as Section Officer E-II in Establishment Department. She has also served as an Assistant Commissioner Charsadda during her Pre-Service training after joining the Provincial Management Services in 2015.

Ms Anam Latif holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and an MS in Project Management. She is pursuing a PhD in Construction and Project Management from the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, UCL, London. Ms Latif’s academic research, experience and administrative expertise lie in public sector development with challenging, growth-oriented positions dedicated to effective general public management, sustainable development, and efficient service delivery.

Ms Anam’s affiliation with PMRU is an opportunity for her to recognise and bring forth new concepts, principles, and values to ensure and improve the governance, transparency, and quality of service at the district and provincial government levels.
