E-Domicile System

E-domicile system is a highly interactive web and mobile application that helps citizens to obtain their domicile from DC office in most secure and easy way. For this purpose the citizens have to submit online application through web portal, mobile app or district citizen information centers (Established in DC offices). Application transactions id is generated that can be used for application tracking the status of application before visiting DC office for domicile collection. The domicile is printed and same will made available on district web portal after verification of information.

Implementation Status

The system is implemented in all DC offices of Khyber Pakhtunkwha where actual applications are received and domiciles are issued.

How It Works

The applicant have to download the mobile application available for Android and IPhone smartphones from Google Play Store and Apple AppStore with title “KP Citizen’s Portal”
The applicant install the app, get registered, afterward click e-Citizen tab, submit application and track applications submitted for domicile to DC office.
The user registered their application received an automatic tracking code through which the student can track the status of his application
The applicant is informed about the decision on his application

Online Status

The citizens will be privileged to submit, and check status of their application domicile certificate online and can view the applications’ status online. So that applicant can avoid the hassle to visit the office
