Sana Hafeez is a researcher and PHD Scholar, from Provincial Management Services (PMS) and currently serving as Deputy Director PMRU in the office of the Chief Secretary. To enhance the delivery of public services, a performance management and reforms unit was established.
Her objective is to promote, facilitate, assist, and introduce fresh approaches to enhance service delivery.
